In-House Chief Marketing Officer Project.
FIERCE SPORTSWEAR is an athleasure Tunisian brand that offers from work to workout outfits. The brand is listed as the number athleasure brand in Tunisia.


For this project we have acted as an in-house Chief Marketing Officer.
Our role was to:
- Create the digital growth strategy
- Build and train a team of digital juniors
- Increase online sales
- Assist in pitching for investors


By the end of the 6 months project we had multiplied online sales by 3 without a website and organically.
We leveraged instagram as the main sales funnel in order to communicate, sell and retain the community.
We have hired and trained a team of 3 digital juniors and put in place work processes for the digital team and assisted in building a website.
